  1. Would you be able to do a post on cruelty free cups? I’ve heard not all of them are unfortunately :/

  2. love this “list” the most… PLEASE include an extra line/info . . . i would really like to know which cups have a measure line… (my preference, as i record how much fluid each month, (90ml/3oz for me 😉 )

  3. Thank you so much for all the effort and detail you’ve put into creating the comparison chart – it is AMAZING!!! And has helped me to discover new cups that are a far superior fit, with the added bonus of better capacity. Thank you so, SO much for you open and honest reviews and information – you are all legends! Blessings xx

  4. Does anyone know anything about the Cora Cup? I’ve seen it in a few places, but no one has said anything about it, and I can’t find any details about its dimensions and such, so I don’t know if it’s worth trying or not.

  5. Could you guys add Keeper Moon Cup firmness? Is there a reason why we that is one of the few cups (not counting discs) that doesn’t have a firmness score?

  6. I find it interesting that XO Flo is 4 and EvaCup only a 3 on the firmness scale. I tried XO Flo but it would never open, whereas the large Evacup has been my goto for the last few months and never not opened for me. I feel the number of holes, diameter, and firmness of the rim itself are all very important too.

  7. I was wondering how updated this list is? I’m interested in if anyone has used the flex cup. I don’t see it on this list. Thanks!

      1. They take issue with flex’s marketing and branding which is why flex isn’t listed even though it’s innovative. They post a super biased review on it on YouTube, but I wouldn’t even watch it, it’s completely unhelpful…however they’re tampax supporters so, okay….

  8. My first cup was a Vida. My second a Lalicup which has been quite uncomfortable and I want to replace it. After seeing you don’t recommend Vida I don’t want to get that again, but was wondering if you could suggest the closet in shape, size and firmness.

  9. I thought the OrganiCup mini on this list before but I don’t see it now, I was probably mistaken but can it be added? The nixit too?

  10. It is missing Eureka! Cup, is amazing and unique in the market. It has an easy-empty system that most times had save me in the public bathroom at uni.

  11. I ordered Organicup, it took almost a month to arrive Canada. I liked the packaging but it’s my second cycle, I want to keep using it but I have huge leaks even though it’s not full. I tried different inserting techniques, still leaks. Also I am having little bit hard time to remove it. I can only reach the stem and doesn’t come up easily. Should I give a try another cup? I tried the quiz and suggested Lunette. Thank you!

    1. Hi Irma, I have been using Organicup for almost 3 years now, and I must say that for the first 1.5 years I had the same nightmare. The reason was that when I was folding it to insert it, I was folding it down/inside the cup (something like when you google C-fold in google images). The problem was, that with this fold the cup didn’t fully open inside, it seemed to have unfolded but there were some bends. The solution: I do the “reverse” C-fold, so instead of folding it down/in, I pull it up/out. Then it unfolds perfectly round. The U-fold (that I understand by a flat fold, without bending it in or out), also seems to work better, but it might be difficult to insert when it’s so big and the moisture isn’t here. Good luck and hope it helps haha

    2. Ah, and about taking it out – I hear ya, I also had the same problem at first. Now I don’t have problems with it, what I do is I don’t pull the stem but simply try to grab the base with two fingers and pull it out. When you pinch it, some air comes inside so it’s not like a vacuum pulling it back up anymore. I also observed that I can’t do it with a full bladder, then I can’t insert my fingers to grab it, maybe also something to note

  13. It doesn’t seem to be working for me. Even though I’m selecting 2+ cups, it gives an error message “please select product to display”.

    1. I’m having the same issue. It worked before, but I haven’t been able to get it to work whenever I tried over the last couple of weeks.

    2. Same error! I’m seeing this in Chrome and Edge. I’ve noticed when I select several cups, it still only registers 1 and won’t let me compare anything, but when I deselect everything, it registers -1!

  14. I think this needs an update, two of the cups recommended to me by the quiz (mermaid guppy and XO flo mini) are not on the list to compare

  15. What an amazing tool, I wish I had known about it before! There is one more cup which is becoming very popular at least in Europe, the Beppy cup, and it seems to be very innovative. Maybe you could add it to the overview in the future? Thanks for this tool again!

  16. Hey, I noticed that Saalt has a satisfaction guarantee tick on the comparison chart but their website states no returns, refunds, or exchanges. So I’m not sure what the “satisfaction guarantee” means on the comparison chart?

    1. In the meantime, I do know that their customer service is really good about helping troubleshoot and even replacing a cup if the sizing or firmness is wrong. This may be case-by-case.
